Apartment LUCIA, situated just 100 mts  from the hotel in the annexe opened at the beginning of 2009, is a 2 bedroom apartment, approximately 55  sq. metres and ideal for 2 – 4  persons.  Tastefully furnished the apartment has a big double bedroom, a smaller second bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen area (4 gas rings and a microwave oven), satellite TV,  deposit box, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and private parking.  There is also a large balcony  furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrella in a tranquil position with a fantastic view onto the Garda lake.

Included in the apartment price is use of all the hotel facilities: the covered swimming pool up to mid May and again from end of September, the outdoor pool from mid May to end of September, the gym,  ping pong table, children’s games/playground and table football.   Also included are sheets/towels with a weekly change, plus costs for use of electricity, water, gas and cot for children up to 3 years of age.

Not included in the rental price:  use of tennis courts (€8,00 per court per hour), sauna (€10,00 per hour), end cleaning of the apartment €40,00, domestic animals €15,00, and heating which is charged according to use.

On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 14.00 and on the day of departure must be vacated by 10.00.
